It&#039;s not an argument against Web 2.0 (which is mostly just a certain kind of web-application/-page), it is however an argument against cloud-computing, utility-computing, SAAS, etc.

You could do Web 2.0 on your intranet as well.

An even better argument against cloud-computing, etc. is Microsoft Azure, which was down for 23 hours if I remember correctly.</description>
